Terms of use

1. The service

Enuntio is an iPhone app for public speaking practice, published by Ambinina Andriamboavonjy (ambinina@gmail.com). It analyzes your recordings (pace, filler words, pauses, clarity, structure) and offers exercises, tips and progress tracking. No account is required.

2. Free version and Premium

The free version includes three full analyses in total. Your reports, history and statistics remain available afterwards. The Premium subscription unlocks unlimited analyses (for reasonable personal use), every exercise, guided programs, advanced charts and the AI coach.

3. Subscriptions

• Two plans are offered, monthly and yearly. Prices shown in the app are the App Store prices for your country.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions).
• Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement (EULA) applies in addition to these terms.

4. About the analyses and the AI coach

Analyses are computed automatically from your recording and its transcript. They may be imprecise: speech recognition can miss or mistranscribe some words, and structure is estimated from discourse markers. Each report shows its reliability level. Tips, including those rephrased by the AI coach, are indicative and do not replace professional coaching. No result is guaranteed.

5. Use

You agree to use Enuntio for personal purposes, without trying to bypass the service's limits, disrupt it or extract its content. Do not record people without their consent.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its brand, logo, exercises and texts belong to their publisher. Your recordings and their transcripts belong to you.

7. Liability

Enuntio is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made based on the analyses, or for temporary unavailability of the service, including the AI coach.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action.
